1. About the phones:

Absolutely, positively, never, EVER any cell phone noise. No ringing, dinging, videos, phone calls, FaceTime, speaker phone, etc. Seriously. Do not do it. 

2. About the kids:

You can bring your precious little one in for their hair appointment, but they may not stay for your hair appointment. The studio has lots of chemicals, breakables, sharp things and guests that are here to relax. We kindly ask that the kids come only for their scheduled time. 

3. About the appointments:

Every hairdresser has a cancellation policy & no show policy. If you cancel last minute or don’t come for your appointment, kindly pay your bill. 

4. No pets in the shop. No exceptions. 

5. If you do not feel well please stay home. Just go rest and we will meet another day.
